Originally set up as a sourcing company for B & Q, the company diversified into the general import business in 1990, with the purchase of the Blackspur trade name and stock from the old Blackspur plc.

Principally dealing in hand tools they built the Blackspur brand up to be one of the most recognisable brands in the trade. It has gone through many re-incarnations throughout this period but still represents good quality at a fantastic price.
